DELIVERY RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
DELIVERY
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track the status of your delivery. Please ensure that your registered email address is accurate to receive these updates.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer a flexible exchange and return policy, allowing you to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE FEE
A nominal fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all return and exchange requests.
EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCEDURE
Once your exchange/return query has been accepted, you will receive a notification email. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 24-48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts. If the pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the order back to our warehouse.
Please note that reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pin code.
QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING
Upon receiving your order at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
EXCHANGE TIMELINE
The estimated delivery time for exchange queries is 7-10 working days.
SIZE EXCHANGE & AVAILABILITY
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative product or issue a credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.
REFUNDS
For return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once our quality check has been approved. This will be shared with you via email.
All exchange/ returns requests will undergo a quality inspection by our team. Please note that we reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
- The product(s) show signs of wear, are missing tags or dust bags.
- The product(s) are damaged.
You will receive an email update once the exchange has been processed.
CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY
Please note that all credit notes issued for returns are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Any unused credit note balance will expire after this period.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that all sales are final. As per our policy, we do not accommodate cancellations or refunds for any orders once they have been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy and avoid any errors.
Please note that in the event of a declined package, any prepaid amount applied to a Cash on Delivery (COD) order will not be refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Sale Purchase Policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on products purchased during sale periods.
-This policy applies to all items purchased at a discounted price during sale events.
-No exceptions will be made for size, color, or style exchanges.
-Refunds will not be issued for any sale items.
-This policy overrides our standard return and exchange policy.
PLEASE NOTE
Before making a purchase during a sale, ensure you have carefully reviewed the product details, size, and color to avoid any discrepancies.
Please note that the shipping timeline for products bought during the sale can extend upto 15 days.
By purchasing during a sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
DEFECTED/ WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED
If you receive a defective or incorrect article, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at help@deadbear.in with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect article.
Upon receiving your notification, our team will review and verify the issue. If the claim is valid, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
1. Replacement of the defective or incorrect article.
2. Store credit for the affected article.
Please note that failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery may result in the claim being rejected.
